社科院公布白领工资标准
新快报讯 中国社会科学院日前公布了2007年全国主要城市白领工资标准，包括各城市物价水平、居住成本、交通成本、城市现代化等诸多方面因素（单位：人民币。外地务工者在以下基础上增加1800元。）共分七档(见下表)。香港月入18500元，上海月入5350元，北京月入5000元，广州月入4750元才算白领。
一档：香港 18500，澳门 8900；
二档：上海 5350，深圳 5280，温州5020，北京 5000；
三档：杭州 4980，广州 4750，苏州4300，厦门 4100，青岛4000；
四档：南京 3780，福州 3380，无锡3200，天津 3150，济南3120，
大连3000；
五档：郑州 2880，昆明 2800，武汉2680，海口 2600，长沙2480，
三亚 2360，重庆 2250，沈阳2100,乌鲁木齐 2100，西安2080；
六档：成都 1900，哈尔滨 1700，呼和浩特1700，贵州 1600，
长春1500，兰州 1500，银川1100，西宁 1000；
七档：拉萨 900。 （新快报）

A visit to UIBE

Today, I went to UIBE, a university where my Department Head graduated from ten years ago, with my schoolmate, Feng Ting.
I arrived there about 10:00 am, visited her dorm, had a big meal, and went around the campus of UIBE. It is not a big university, but attracts many international student, though mainly from the third world. And even we saw a girl looking like a 'lady' with lustful eyes. After all, I like this school though with blemish.

It is the first blog I write in the Ycul since I registered here for the first time.
